The signature

Saying and doing coincide.

Makoto (誠) is the samurai virtue of sincerity: a warrior does not promise, because for him to say and to do are the same act. It is why the platform is called RONIN, and why honesty here is a design choice, not a slogan.

RONIN AI shows its sub-scores, its Duval interpretation and the standard clause behind every number. When data is missing, it says so and lowers its confidence out loud, instead of hiding a guess. The model is interpretable and anchored to CIGRE, never a black box.

A samurai does not promise. Neither does this platform. It shows the work, and lets the numbers speak.

Since 1999 I have had one job that changed name about ten times: I enter a field I do not know, learn it fast, and dig until I find what the specialists stopped seeing. Industrial compliance, then ecodesign, then artificial intelligence. In 2019 I pointed the same method at power transformers.

Court-appointed technical expert at the Court of Turin. Taught Industrial Standardisation and Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Founder of Ecotp and Quantic. Independent expert in the Plenary of the European Commission's Code of Practice for general purpose AI.
